PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is limited to business days only.&#xA0; If you place an order on a Friday, your order may not ship until Monday. This is true for all shipping methods including Overnight and 2 Day OneRate.&#xA0;
Gorilla Mind does not accommodate special delivery requests - no exceptions. If you wish to communicate specific instructions to your courier, we recommend trying the <a href="https://www.fedex.com/en-us/delivery-manager.html">FedEx Delivery Manager</a> tool.

We currently have free shipping on US orders over $75 and international orders over $215 (total must be at this price prior to tax and after discount codes are applied)
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped with USPS Ground domestically and Asendia internationally.&#xA0;

Energy drink orders are currently limited to a maximum of 2 cases. You may combine 1 or 2 case drink orders with other products.
Due to the cost of shipping energy drink cases, a flat $9.99 shipping fee (1 case) or $14.99 shipping fee (2 cases) will be added to all orders that contain drinks, regardless of total order value.

We currently ship Gorilla Mind products to 50+ countries! Check out our <a href="https://gorillamind.com/pages/status">Shipping Status page</a>&#xA0;to see if we ship to your country, as well as product restrictions for each country. Customs/regulations on products in each country can change at anytime.
Regarding the use of drop-shippers: Gorilla Mind will not be held liable if an order is seized, nor will we be obligated to offer a refund.&#xA0;

If you realize that you have made a mistake and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately so we can cancel or update the shipping information. Our customer service reps do the best that they can to respond within 1-2 business days.&#xA0; Please note that if your order has already been shipped before we receive or get to your request, we will do our best to have it rerouted to the appropriate address; however we cannot guarantee that our shipping provider will be able to update the address in time and your order may continue its delivery to the originally provided address. 
In the unfortunate event that your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, marked as &#x201C;unclaimed&#x201D; or &#x201C;return to sender&#x201D;, or deemed undeliverable by the shipping provider for any reason, we cannot issue a refund for your order as these products are deemed unsellable once they leave our distribution center.
