At our store, we kindly request that you provide accurate shipping information during checkout.
In the event that your package is delivered to an incorrect address or insufficient address due to a mistake on your end, we regret to inform you that Gorilla Mind cannot be held responsible.
If you realize that you have made a mistake and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately so we can cancel or update the shipping information. There is a very limited window (approx. 1 hour) that adjustments can be made to orders. Our customer service reps do the best that they can to respond as fast as they can.
Please note that if your order has already been shipped before we receive or get to your request, we will do our best to have it rerouted to the appropriate address; however we cannot guarantee that our shipping provider will be able to update the address in time and your order may continue its delivery to the originally provided address.
We understand mistakes happen. If you would like to request a one-time exception, please contact [email protected] for further inquiry. Please note that due to the complexity of each order, each request is subject to investigation and a one-time exception may not be applicable. We appreciate your understanding.
