Currently, we don't have the capabilities to allow our customers to be able to edit their order after placing it. In addition to this, our staff isn't able to make any changes to orders that have been placed by the customer. This precaution is in place and allows the customer to receive exactly what they ordered without any intervention from outside parties. In conclusion, we cannot edit any existing orders as they exist in our system.
If you'd like to change the products you're receiving, please make an effort to contact our customer care team at email@example.com as soon as possible to have your current order canceled so that you may place a new order with the products you desire. Please note that fulfillment times vary and this request may only be accommodated if your order has not yet been tendered to. Should your order enter the process of being fulfilled, we will be unable to cancel the order.
Instead, you may request a return label for your order to be returned to us when you've received the package. Once we're able to verify the contents of your return, we will initiate a full refund. Upon initiating the return, the funds will take about 3-5 business days to return to your account, at which point you can place the order for the contents you originally wanted.
