We stand by our products 100%! As we strive to provide the best customer satisfaction, we’re happy to accept returns that meet our guidelines.
Any desired return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We require that the product be in new or gently used condition and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@gorillamind.com. Once we have established if your request is eligible for a return, we will send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without any notification will NOT be refunded.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item(s) are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can make it right.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to logistical issues, we do not have the capability to automatically handle international returns at this time. If you placed an order internationally (outside the United States) and would like to return your purchase for a refund/exchange, please contact and notify support@gorillamind.com of your desire to return the item. Support will assess if the product is eligible for return. If the return is approved, follow through with the following steps:
1. If your package has been opened, repackage your order to best match how it was originally received to ensure no products will be damaged upon return/exchange.
2. Address and ship your return/exchange to the following address:

3. Provide your original order number pertaining to the return/exchange along with the tracking number of the return/exchange shipment.
EXCEPTIONS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
In order to get your refund as soon as possible, please reach out to support@gorillamind.com to let us know when you've dropped your package off at the post office. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to complete. If you have not seen the funds reflect on your account after this time, please reach out to your financial institution.
