Why is there a limit on the number of Energy Drinks I can buy?
Energy Drink purchases are currently limited to two (2) cases per order.
There are several reasons for this limitation: First, product integrity. We're working hard to source packing materials that can safely accommodate larger orders. We'd hate for any of your Energy Drink cans to accidentally burst in transit! We don't have them locked down yet, but we hope to, soon. Second, cost. We've found that current shipping rates (not determined by us) are prohibitively high for orders larger (and heavier!) than 2 cases.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to evolve our processes to meet the demand for our awesome new Energy Drinks. We can assure you that we working hard to be able to offer you larger order options in the near future. Given this is our first ready-to-drink beverage product, we want to ensure that your customer experience is up to our standards.
Why can't I ship to my address?
For the time being, we can only sell and ship our Energy Drinks separately from other Gorilla Mind products. This is to ensure product integrity (for more info, see Why is there a limit on the number of Energy Drinks I can buy? above). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you are receiving an error during checkout, please check that you don't have anything other than Energy Drinks in your cart.
We are working towards being able to offer combined orders in the near future. In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience as we continue to refine our shipping and fulfillment process. We appreciate your understanding and support!
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to ship this product outside of the contiguous US. Given the weight and fragility of this particular product, combined with it being our first ready-to-drink beverage, we’re implementing a more progressive launch to ensure the customer experience is to our standards. We are only shipping these items Ground shipping at this time.
Why don't you ship to my country?
At this time, Energy Drinks can only be shipped inside the contiguous United States. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Your interest in this product is sincerely appreciated and does not go unnoticed. It is our goal to one day be able to offer Energy Drinks to as many markets as possible. This may take some time. Why is the shipping so expensive?
Our rates are determined in partnership with FedEx and are based on weight, box dimension, and distance traveled.
We've introduced Sezzle payments for those who would prefer to make payments on orders, rather than paying full price upfront. This option can be selected on the checkout page!

Where else can I buy Energy Drinks? Are they sold in stores?
We decided to launch this product exclusively on our own e-commerce storefront before making it available in stores. We understand the importance of making our products readily available, and we will keep our customers updated as we continue to expand our distribution channels.
