New York passed a law (effective April 2024) that restricts the sale of dietary supplements.

To enforce that, the law requires two key things: Age verification at purchase (online or in-store) and an Adult signature + ID check at delivery for shipped orders 

So if you ordered online in New York, the package cannot just be left at your door. Someone +18 must be present and they must show ID and sign for it when it arrives.

Unfortunately, Gorilla Mind has no control over the signature requirement for delivery. 

If one is unable to sign for the package or refuses delivery, a refund will be offered once the package returns to the Gorilla Mind warehouse.
