How do I earn loyalty credits?
There are multiple ways to earn loyalty credits in our Rewards program:
Purchases: For every dollar you spend on our website, you will earn 1-1.5 loyalty credits (depending on your tier). Make sure you're logged in to your account before purchasing to ensure you receive credit for your purchases.
Referrals: Invite your friends to join our website using your unique referral link, and you'll earn credits when they make their first purchase.
Social Media: Follow us on social media for some quick and easy credits!
What are the tiers?
Our Rewards program has four separate tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The tier you are in depends on the dollar amount spent in the past 12 months.
Here's a breakdown of each tier and its corresponding benefits:
Silver: To join our rewards program, you must complete a purchase of at least $20 (excluding taxes and shipping). Once enrolled, you'll start at the Silver tier. With Silver, you'll receive 1 credit per $1 spent and receive $2.50 in credits for your birthday!
Gold: To reach the Gold tier, you must spend $200 in a 12-month period. Gold members receive 1 credit per $1 spent, receive $5 in credits for their birthday, and receive a $5 tier entry bonus.
Platinum: To reach the Platinum tier, you must spend $500 in a 12-month period. Platinum members receive 1.25 credits per $1 spent, receive $10 in credits for their birthday, and receive a $7.50 tier entry bonus.
Diamond: To reach the Diamond tier, you must spend $1000 in a 12-month period. Diamond members receive 1.5 credits per $1 spent, receive $15 in credits for their birthday, and receive a $10 tier entry bonus.
How do I redeem my credits?
Redeeming your hard-earned credits is easy! Simply apply your credits for a discount at checkout! Credits have a direct dollar value (e.g., $30 in credits = $30 off your purchase).
Please note: Credits are promotional in nature, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Can I use credits and a discount code at the same time?
Yes, credits can be combined with certain promotional codes. However, affiliate discount codes are not eligible to be combined with credits. We reserve the right to determine which promotional codes may or may not be combined with credits on a case-by-case basis.
Can I use credits during a sale?
Of course! Take advantage of sales to further your savings while also spending any credits you may have.
Do loyalty credits expire?
Yes, credits will expire 1 year after your last purchase.
Note: As of February 17, 2026, we updated our Rewards program to display rewards as credits with direct dollar values instead of points.
