We stand by our products 100%! As we strive to provide the best customer satisfaction, we’re happy to accept returns that meet our guidelines.
Any desired return or exchange must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We require that the product be unopened and in its original packaging. For apparel, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s), and in new condition. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
If you purchased Gorilla Mind products from a third-party retailer (e.g., The Vitamin Shoppe, Amazon, GNC, or others), please note that all returns, refunds, or exchanges must be processed directly through that retailer, in accordance with their individual return policies. Gorilla Mind is only able to process returns and issue refunds for orders placed directly through our official website.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at [email protected]. Once we have established if your request is eligible, we will send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without any notification will not be refunded.
Due to logistical issues, we do not have the capability to automatically handle international returns at this time. If you placed an order internationally (outside the United States) and would like to return your purchase for a refund/exchange, please contact and notify us of your desire to return the item. Support will assess if the order is eligible. If it is approved, our team will provide you with additional instructions.
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, including opened or heavily used consumable products (such as supplements or nutrition products), custom bundles, and limited edition items. For safety and quality control reasons, we also cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, used beyond a reasonable trial amount, or tampered with. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Once your returned package has been dropped off at the appropriate location, you must notify us so that we can notify fulfillment and have them prepare for inspection. Once this is done, we will refund you accordingly or send out your new exchange item(s). Funds will be issued back to the original method of payment used when placing the order. This can take up to 5-7 business days to process depending on your bank.
