OUR GUARANTEE

We stand by our products 100%! As we strive to provide the best customer satisfaction, we’re happy to accept returns that meet our guidelines.

 

Any desired return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We require that the product be in new or gently used condition and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. 

If you purchased Gorilla Mind products from a third-party retailer (e.g., The Vitamin Shoppe, Amazon, GNC, or others), please note that all returns, refunds, or exchanges must be processed directly through that retailer, in accordance with their individual return policies. Gorilla Mind is only able to process returns and issue refunds for orders placed directly through our official website.

 

To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. Once we have established if your request is eligible for a return, we will send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without any notification will NOT be refunded.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item(s) are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can make it right. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Due to logistical issues, we do not have the capability to automatically handle international returns at this time. If you placed an order internationally (outside the United States) and would like to return your purchase for a refund/exchange, please contact and notify [email protected] of your desire to return the item. Support will assess if the product is eligible for return. If the return is approved, our team will provide you with additional instructions.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including opened or heavily used consumable products (such as supplements or nutrition products), custom bundles, and limited edition items. For safety and quality control reasons, we also cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, used beyond a reasonable trial amount, or tampered with.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

REFUNDS

 

In order to get your refund as soon as possible, please reach out to [email protected]  to let us know when you've dropped your package off at the designated drop off location. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to complete. If you have not seen the funds reflect on your account after this time, please reach out to your financial institution.
