At Gorilla Mind, we take pride in offering sales and coupons to provide our valued customers with discounted access to our premium products.

To ensure the continued excellence and organization of our sales, Prime Day, Black Friday, etc. deals are limited to the time frame that they are announced. We make it a priority to announce our sales in advance through the Gorilla Mind newsletter and social media platforms to provide everyone with a fair and timely notification about upcoming opportunities. We will not be able to provide any price adjustments for orders before or after these deals.

For flash sales, orders placed within one week (7 days) prior to the sale are eligible to receive a price adjustment for the products that qualified for the sale. Please reach out to [email protected] to request this price adjustment, including your order number in the email.

Coupon Codes and Rewards

For customers who realize their order has already gone through and they did not use the code, please contact [email protected] within 3 days of your order to receive the discount. Please provide the coupon code and the order number you would like discounted in your correspondence and we will be happy to assist!

*The affiliate coupon codes are not able to be retroactively added. However, we are able to still honor the 10% discount. 

For customers who want to redeem rewards points, please be aware that we are not able to retroactively redeem your points. You will need to apply these points before your order goes through.

As of now, it is not possible to utilize points during checkout when using the payment processors PayPal, Shop Pay, and Amazon Pay. To redeem your points, we kindly ask that you complete your purchase using any of the following card types: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.
