Please fill out our contact form or email support@gorillamind.com and send us a clear and visible image with good lighting showing the incorrect products along with the full view of the packing slip provided in your order.
Once we confirm that we sent you the incorrect goods, we can either refund you for the missing items (it can take up to 5 business days to process), or send you a replacement shipment if the products ordered are still in stock.
If your order needs to be shipped back to us, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you. Learn more about returns here.
