At our store, we kindly request that you provide accurate shipping information during checkout.
In the event that your package is delivered to an incorrect address due to a mistake on your end, we regret to inform you that Gorilla Mind cannot be held responsible.
If you realize that you have made a mistake and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately so we can cancel or update the shipping information. Our customer service reps do the best that they can to respond within 1-2 business days.
Please note that if your order has already been shipped before we receive or get to your request, we will do our best to have it rerouted to the appropriate address; however we cannot guarantee that our shipping provider will be able to update the address in time and your order may continue its delivery to the originally provided address.
In the unfortunate event that your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, marked as “unclaimed” or “return to sender”, or deemed undeliverable by the shipping provider for any reason, we cannot issue a refund for your order as these products are deemed unsellable once they leave our distribution center.
