Orders can only be cancelled if the shipping label has not yet been created.
If you happen to change your mind about your purchase, we would be more than happy to assist you in any way we can. However, if your order has been shipped out, or if the shipping label has been created, we will not be able to cancel your order. Instead, you will need to request a return.
